When my daughter and I started to paint, she seemed to show more interest in painting on the big old cereal box I'd put under her piece of paper to protect the table.
So I though about it and she's right. It's much better, because it's cardboard, so takes a lot more abuse than thin paper, and heavier as well, so stays put, it's big and we have plenty of them.
We used to just throw them away, so I'd say it's a pretty neat free canvas!
